Tal-Hamramann farmhouse was renovated maintaining these characteristics.

The plan of the farmhouse consists of 2 floors. The main corridor leads into the living room and kitchen. From here the pool, pool area, bbq area and garden can be accessed. Xaghra, located to the North East of the Island is the second largest village on the island with a population of around 5000 people. The village is perched on a high hill and has great views of much of the Island including Ramla Bay. In Maltese, Xaghra means "wilderness", a term relating to its location on top of a hill and its garigue features.

The focal point of the Village is the Church, dedicated to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The church that stands today was built in 1815 and the inside of the church is covered in marble throughout. The Village feast is celebrated on the 8th of September which is a national holiday and if you are on Gozo at this time a visit to the feast celebrations is a must.

Sites located in Xaghra are the Ggantija Temples, Ramla Bay, the Xaghra Parish Church, Ninu's Cave and the Toy Museum.
