Use contact form to enquire regarding availability for requested dates. We try to answer requests in 48 hours time.Once a Rate Quotation is sent and guests confirm, the dates will be put on reserve until they can be confirmed through deposit.
Booking
To book requested dates and lock the dates requested, a deposit of between 30%-40% is required.

Once a booking is received a confirmatory email will be sent. Rest of sum can be settled at farmhouse on arrival or sent through preferred payment method prior to arrival.
Please note that all RATES depend on seasonality and number of persons staying at farmhouse, and are always quoted in EURO.
If you need to CANCEL your rental for any reason, your deposit is not refundable. It is customary but not an obligation that if enough time is given to be able to re-rent the property deposit or a part of it (depending on nights which are re-rented) is refunded. If we do not manage to re-rent the property your deposit cannot refunded.
Bank Transfers in between the Eurozone area are one of the cheapest methods of transfer of funds using a SEPA transfer.
Paypal is one is the fastest, safest way to send money and make an online payment.
Banks charge a lot for foreign exchange transfers. Transferwise transfers money abroad easily and quickly with low cost foreign exchange transfers.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you need to CANCEL your rental for any reason, your deposit is not refundable. It is

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in time is normally at 16.00 hours. Unless agreed otherwise.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out time is at 11:00am. Unless agreed otherwise.
Q: Is smoking allowed in the home?
A: Smoking is allowed on the rented premises.
Q: Can I bring my pet along?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our premises.
Q: Does the home provide linen and towels, or do I need to bring my own?
A: The home will be equipped with all the basic necessities. Beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towels will be provided. We do supply beach towels in some of our houses but these are not guaranteed. If you would like beach towels, we would recommend bringing them with you.
Q: How do I obtain the keys?
A: Instructions on key pickup will be given prior to your arrival. We usually arrange a meeting place from where we can lead you to farmhouse and therefore show you the house and give you keys.
